Our factory is equipped with a complete forged wheel manufacturing system covering forged blank machining, CNC face cutting, back pad machining, PCD drilling, center bore machining, offset control and finishing preparation.

SY Forged CNC machining production line

More than 70 CNC machining centers allow us to process complex forged wheel designs, including deep concave profiles, multi-spoke styles, lightweight structures and customer-specific design details. In addition, 10 precision turning machines are used for roundness control, mounting surface machining and rim profile finishing.

Finish workflow

Multi-step finishing process for batch consistency

The surface finishing process focuses on smooth texture, clean appearance, color consistency, coating adhesion and long-term durability. For each customized wheel set, wheels in the same batch are controlled together to reduce visible color differences after installation.

3D fitment and brake clearance check
